Team Mixing Technologies Inc. focuses on custom designed and manufactured plants.

Our in-house engineering group, along with our controls group and complete fabrication facility allow us to offer complete turnkey cemented rockfill, concrete, slurry, grout and material handling plants. Our team has many years of experience with both batching and continuous process plants, and can custom design a plant to fit virtually any requirement. Our expertise ranges from small grouting units that can be moved with a forklift to mobile grouting plants consisting of two 40 foot containers, and from single slurry mixers to multi-level, underground rockfill plants featuring fully automatic operation.

Our specialized team of engineers and designers is highly adept at defining a project's requirements, developing concepts and alternatives, and listening to you, the customer, in arriving at the optimal concept design.

Our skilled project managers have the ability to oversee and manage a project, ensuring both safety standards and design standards are maintained both within time and budget constraints.

Our extensive knowledge within the industry allows us to source equipment, arrive at optimal specifications, and where necessary make suitable recommendations or shortlists.

Our team designs, fabricates and programs, in-house, PLC Control Systems. Options include: PC Operator Interface (HMI); Touch-screen (HMI); Touch-pad Operator (HMI); Data acquisition & networking; DDE links; Fiber Optic Networks; C.S.A. or Canadian Provincial Certification.

Our complete fabrication shop includes plate forming, shearing and rolling capabilities. All of our welders and fabricators have Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) certification, and we have an in-house CWB inspector to ensure conformation to all standards.

We routinely play a key role in the installation and commissioning of our plants, ranging from site supervision to entire turnkey involvement. We consistently provide training for all plant operators, and maintenance personnel.
